傅尊偉，教授，2005年獲中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)(北京)理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位，2008年獲北京師范大學(xué)理學(xué)博士學(xué)位，現(xiàn)為臨沂大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)，韓國(guó)水原大學(xué)、山東師范大學(xué)博士生導(dǎo)師，山東省“應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)” 重點(diǎn)學(xué)科首席專家、山東省“富民興魯”勞動(dòng)獎(jiǎng)?wù)芦@得者、全省教育先進(jìn)工作者；香港“求是”研究生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者；全國(guó)優(yōu)秀教師。在《IEEE Trans.》《J. Differential Equations》《Appl. Intelligence》《Proc. Amer. Math. Soc.》和《中國(guó)科學(xué)》等SCI雜志上發(fā)表論文67篇。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、面上項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)。獲得山東省高校優(yōu)秀科研成果獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)、山東省高等教育教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)各1項(xiàng)。 2010年應(yīng)邀在英國(guó)劍橋大學(xué)舉行的“第二屆世界青年數(shù)學(xué)家大會(huì)”上做45分鐘學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告，2011年應(yīng)邀在俄羅斯東北聯(lián)邦大學(xué)舉辦的“第六屆數(shù)學(xué)模型國(guó)際會(huì)議”上做大會(huì)報(bào)告，2015年應(yīng)邀在日本早稻田大學(xué)舉辦的“調(diào)和分析及其應(yīng)用國(guó)際會(huì)議”做大會(huì)特邀報(bào)告。

講座內(nèi)容：

This talk is devoted to the Lp(R) theory of the fractional Fourier transform (FRFT) for 1≤p<2. In view of the special structure of the FRFT, we study FRFT properties of L1 functions, via the introduction of a suitable chirp operator. However, in the L1(R) setting, problems of convergence arise even when basic manipulations of functions are performed. We overcome such issues and study the FRFT inversion problem via approximation by suitable means, such as the fractional Gauss and Abel means. We also obtain the gularity of fractional convolution and results on pointwise convergence of FRFT means. Finally, we discuss Lp multiplier results and a Littlewood-Paley theory associated with FRFT. This is joint work with Dr. Wei Chen, Prof. Loukas Grafakos and Dr. Yue Wu.
